RISE 2026 – Let Them Tell You

What Happens When You Put 20 Ambitious Marketers in a Room Together

Some programs teach you marketing. Some change where you end up.

That line came from one of the RISE alumni. And when you read what all of them wrote, you understand exactly what they mean.

We asked them to share their experience. Their words, not ours.

Here’s what they said.

Naama Gelband Naama Gelband, Internal Comms @ Fiverr

“Earlier this year, I almost signed up for a Master’s degree. And then I thought β€” by the time I finish it, AI will probably already have my diploma too. But the desire to learn new things didn’t disappear. I just realized I was looking for something a little more relevant to the pace we’re all working in right now. Twenty people navigating pretty much the same questions: how to grow inside global companies, how to position yourself, how to make career decisions on purpose instead of just… ending up somewhere senior and confused. The sessions felt more like real conversations than lectures. Which, turns out, is exactly what I needed.”

Bar Silberman, B2B Business Partnerships @ TikTok

Bar Silberman “A year ago, I found myself at a point in my career where I realized I was looking for more than just doing the work well. I wanted to zoom out. To meet people navigating similar career questions. To hear honest conversations about growth, leadership, and the things nobody really teaches you inside global companies. One of the most valuable parts was the people. A group of marketers who are all ambitious, thoughtful, curious, and trying to figure out their next chapter in a very fast-changing industry.”

Ariel Soussan, Digital Customer Journey & Campaign Operations @ Stratesys

Ariel Soussan “I thought I had a decent handle on how senior leaders think about strategy. Then I joined RISE, and it sharpened my perspective on what it takes to lead at the VP/CMO level β€” navigating tradeoffs, organizational dynamics, and the decisions that never make it into case studies. Every month, we sat down with a different CMO at their company’s HQ. Not a lecture. A conversation. And the 1:1 mentorship gave me a roadmap I’m still following.”

Natalie Stenge, Content Manager @ WiseStamp

Natalie Stenge “If you’re a content marketer in a global company, you know the feeling. Creating for audiences across markets, juggling brand voice with business objectives, trying to show impact to leadership teams who don’t always get what you do. I joined RISE looking for perspective. What I found was a group of peers who understood the struggle, plus direct access to CMOs who could help me see content strategy through a leadership lens. The monthly sessions at company HQs exposed me to how companies like Fiverr and AppsFlyer think about marketing from the top down.”

Ayelet Mechany, Product Marketing Leader @ Similarweb

Ayelet Mechany “You’re paying for these meetups? I told a friend about RISE and they were like ‘but why?’ And honestly, I get it. Most people hate meetups. But for me, being in a room with other marketers who are just as passionate, and actually getting to learn from CMOs who’ve already built what we’re trying to build β€” that’s what I want to be doing.”

Roy Rubinstein, Global Marketing Manager @ SolarEdge

Roy Rubinstein “Some journeys start with a spark. This one started with a room full of brilliant marketers. RISE brings together a select group of marketing professionals for mentorship, collaboration, and growth β€” guided by some of the most inspiring leaders in our industry. It’s a rare opportunity to learn, connect, and help shape the future of marketing in Israel and beyond.”

Ariel Amar, Marketing & Media @ Wearable-Devices

Ariel Soussan “I wanted to learn from the top CMOs, so I joined RISE. What I didn’t expect is how much I’d learn from the other marketers in the room with me. All from different companies, products, and markets. So many vantage points. It gave me perspectives I couldn’t easily find elsewhere. And meeting the industry’s top CMOs taught me the mindset and thinking that goes behind leading the marketing of a global company. Not something to pick up from a case study.”
