Welcome to RISE – Cohort 2

RISE is G-CMO’s premier community initiative, designed to cultivate Israel’s next generation of global marketing leaders. Following the incredible success of our first year, this exclusive program offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity that doesn’t exist anywhere else in Israel: the chance to pull up a chair and engage in intimate, informal, and direct dialogue with the CMOs of Israel’s most influential global companies.

We bridge the gap between high-potential talents and the industry’s inner circle, providing a supportive space to grow professionally while building powerful, real-world connections with the executives shaping today’s global marketing landscape.

What is RISE?

RISE is more than a community – it’s your professional launchpad. It provides a structured yet intimate environment where future CMOs move beyond theory and into the “inner circle” of global marketing.

As a member, you will receive personalized 1:1 mentorship from G-CMO Forum veterans, participate in exclusive monthly meetups held at the headquarters of leading global organizations, and gain unfiltered insights into the strategies and tools used by the industry’s elite. It’s the only place in Israel where the next generation of talent meets the current generation of leadership at eye level.

The RISE Experience: Your Seat at the Table

We are looking for Israel’s next 20 marketing leaders. RISE is an intensive annual journey (September–June) designed for ambitious talents in their 1st or 2nd global role (2–7 years of experience).

What’s included in your journey:

10 High-Impact Meetups: 8 “deep-dive” sessions at leading global HQs + 2 VIP invitations to major G-CMO Forum or Academy community events.
Strategic 1:1 Mentorship: At least 5 private sessions with a senior G-CMO executive, scheduled directly to map out your strategic career path.
On-Demand Knowledge: Exclusive community Zoom sessions on trending topics and a monthly “AHA! Moment” newsletter with global insights.
G-CMO Academy Perks: Exclusive discounts on professional courses and masterclasses within the G-CMO Academy.

Who are we looking for? High-potential marketers with a “can-do” mindset, currently working in global companies, who come recommended by a member of our global ecosystem (G-CMO Forum, NEXT, RISE, Europe, or USA). Admission is highly selective to ensure a high-quality, intimate cohort where everyone sits around the same table.

Program Fee: 5,000 NIS + VAT

RISE – Emerging Global Marketing Leaders

Designed for ambitious marketers already working in global companies, with hands-on experience and strong leadership potential.

Ideal for candidates with 2-7 years of experience in global marketing roles.

RISE Launchpad – Your First Step Into Global Marketing

Designed for aspiring marketers at the beginning of their journey into the world of global marketing.

Created for talented individuals with high motivation, curiosity, and growth potential – even without prior hands-on experience in the field.

Participants will take part in the RISE ecosystem through mentorship, community learning, industry exposure, and practical marketing development.

Conditions of acceptance:

At least 2 years of global marketing experience
Are fully committed to active participation, personal growth, and contributing back to the community.
Admission requires a referral from a member of our global ecosystem: G-CMO Forum, NEXT, RISE, G-CMO Europe, or G-CMO USA. (You will need to provide their name in the form). If you don’t have anyone please write N/A and we will consider your application at a later date
