Building Tables, Not Just Seats: Hana Rado From the Center of the Industry to the Heart of the Periphery
Decades into her career as CFO and COO of McCann Tel Aviv, Hana Rado looked beyond the bubble and saw thousands of skilled women in Israelβs periphery excluded from the tech boom simply because of their zip code. Her A-HA moment: being “the woman at the table” wasn’t enough if the table only existed in one city.
Scaling strategy with social justice, she founded Group19 Admin (Formerly known as:Midbar 19) and Group19 Finance ( Group19 Finance Lev 19), and Group 19 Tech creating engines of high-end professional employment in places like Mitzpe Ramon and Tsfat. These hubs allow women to work in finance, Tech and operations for top brands while staying in their communities. By also founding Supersonas, Hana ensured women’s voices are present in every forum and on every stage. She didnβt just break the glass; she used the shards to build new engines of growth.
The Lesson: Our skill as CMOs is creating markets. Hana proves leadership isn’t about who works for you, but how many doors youβve forced open.
