Professional experience:
What I love most is building global brands that disrupt industries and change user habits. I started my marketing career as a brand manager in Procter & Gamble. I was responsible for managing some of B2C’s most loved brands, like Pampers, Fairy and Tide; drove some of the ideas like “Smell like a man,” for Old Spice, and built global digital communities. After spending over 10 years in leadership positions in consumer goods, I transitioned to tech in 2020 with a vision to shake up B2B SaaS marketing, leading Lusha’s marketing.
Great marketing for me is:
Know why your brand exists, no matter if it’s B2C or B2B. A memorable purpose that answers the customer’s pain point is the key to generating demand and unlocking business growth and word-of-mouth.
