Program Overview
Marketing at Startupsย Speed : How to Build a Brand, Growth, and Community When There’s No Time (or Budget)
The world of tech is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Rapid development cycles and the rise of no-code / low-code and visual prototyping tools have drastically shortened time-to-market. This new reality places immense pressure on early-stage marketing leaders, who must deliver a strong sales pipeline, define the brand, and execute growth strategies โ all with limited resources.
Led by Startup Growth Mentor Peโera Feldman, this 10-week, hands-on program is built to meet that challenge. Designed for first marketing hires at tech startups, the program combines foundational knowledge, practical tools, and adaptable frameworks that empower participants to thrive as the sole marketing driver in their company. Participants will work both individually and in peer mini-cohorts to design, test, and present a live GTM plan for a startup of their choice.
This Program Is Designed For:
- First marketing hires (Head of Marketing, VP, CMO, Marketing Manager) who own the majority of marketing activities in an early-stage startup.
- ICs in startups already handling marketing responsibilities in addition to other roles.
- External marketing professionals seeking to transition into startup marketing and services.
Entry into the program is selective. Applicants must submit their application alongside an updated CV and LinkedIn profile.
Why Now?
The startup landscape has never been more competitive โ and the expectations on marketing leaders have never been higher. With funding rounds tightening, boards are demanding leaner budgets, faster pipeline results, and data-backed storytelling. At the same time, GenAI and new digital tools are redefining whatโs possible โ giving marketers unprecedented leverage to do more with less.
This course is designed specifically for this moment: to give startup marketing leaders the skills, confidence, and frameworks to build brand credibility, drive growth, and align tightly with business and investor expectations.
